Fair play charter
Terms of use for jiponarel.pro · version 3, published 4 May 2026
1. What this document is
This charter is both our terms of use and our public promise about how the arcade behaves. Using any page of jiponarel.pro means accepting it. There is no account to close if you disagree, so simply leaving is a complete withdrawal of consent.
2. Who may play
Entry is restricted to people aged eighteen or over. Where local law sets a higher minimum for simulated gambling content, that higher figure applies. The age wall is a good-faith gate, not an identity check, and answering it dishonestly does not grant eligibility.
3. Credits are decoration
Credits, streaks and pull counters exist to give the machines a scoreboard. They cannot be purchased, sold, traded, transferred, redeemed, withdrawn or converted into money, goods or services. Any offer to buy or sell Jiponarel credits is fraudulent and is not connected to us.
4. This is not gambling
No stake is placed and no prize is awarded, so no gambling licence applies. Jiponarel is not an operator, not an affiliate and not an advertising channel for anyone in the wagering industry. We will not accept such advertising in future either.
5. Published odds
Every machine displays its payout table on the same page it is played. Reel symbols are drawn with equal probability from a fixed set using the browser's random number generator. We do not weight symbols, engineer near-misses or adjust outcomes based on how long you have played.
6. Progress lives on your device
Your credit tank is written to browser local storage. Clearing site data, switching device, changing browser or using a private window will reset it, and we cannot restore it because no copy exists on our side.
7. Acceptable use
Do not automate the machines, scrape the site at volume, attempt to disrupt the server, or republish our artwork and copy as your own. Reading the source and learning from it is welcome and always will be.
8. Availability and liability
The arcade is provided as-is by three people in their spare time. It may go offline for maintenance or because we broke something. We offer no uptime guarantee and accept no liability for lost virtual credits, which by definition have no value to lose.
9. Responsible play
Free play still occupies time and attention. Decide how long a visit should last before you start, keep the arcade in the same category as a puzzle app, and stop when it stops being light. If simulated wagering triggers an urge to place a real bet, please close the tab and contact a support service in your country.
10. Changes
Charter versions are numbered and dated. Material changes are announced in the signal letter before they take effect, never quietly afterwards. Read this charter alongside the privacy policy and the cookie policy, which together cover everything the arcade does with data.
