1. Controller

The Jiponarel crew operates this website and decides how the small amount of personal data described below is handled. Data questions go to [email protected] and are answered by a person, not a queue.

2. Summary in one paragraph

We have no accounts, no payments, no analytics platform and no advertising partners. The only personal data we ever hold is the content of messages you choose to send us. Everything the arcade remembers about your play stays inside your own browser.

3. Data you actively send

Using the contact form or emailing us gives us your chosen name, email address, selected reason and message text. We keep the thread while it is useful and delete it afterwards. Nobody is added to the newsletter without separately asking for it.

4. Data your browser keeps

The credit tank, pull count and win streak are written to local storage on your device. The age wall writes a single confirmation flag. None of this is transmitted to us, and none of it is readable by us.

5. Hosting logs

Our host records ordinary access logs: IP address, timestamp, path requested and user agent. They exist for security and troubleshooting, rotate automatically, and are never combined with anything else to build a profile.

6. No payment data, ever

Jiponarel has no cashier, no card form, no wallet connection and no crypto integration, because there is nothing to buy. Any page requesting payment while claiming to be Jiponarel is a forgery.

7. External services

The site loads no third-party fonts, no analytics, no advertising tags, no embedded video and no social widgets. Every asset comes from this domain. Our hosting provider is the only third party in the chain.

8. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of any correspondence we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Requests are answered within thirty days and usually far faster, because there is very little to look through.

9. Minors

The arcade is for adults. We do not knowingly hold data belonging to anyone under eighteen. If you believe a minor has contacted us, write to [email protected] and we will delete the correspondence.

10. Revisions

The revision date above reflects the current version. Substantive changes are also mentioned in the newsletter and in the fair play charter.
